The NMU is building right now.

Unfortunately, it looks like a new issue cropped up that curiously 
didn't happen to me during testing: [1]

./tests/arrange/test_arrange.cpp:935: FAILED:
   REQUIRE_THAT( score, WithinRel(0., EPSILON) )
with expansion:
   -0.0 and 0 are within 0.01% of each other

Sounds like the EPSILON value is not appropriate for this test, or 
WithinRel has problems with negative zero (or near-zero).

I'll investigate this issue as soon as I can.
