Package: adduser
Version: 3.102
Severity: normal

This has been reproduced and confirmed - to reproduce, run
adduser foo
at the prompt for password, close the terminal. watch syslog. Same for
the gecos update. It's not too invasive of a fix, but I wanted to
document it here until I have time to do it.
