Hi, thanks for your work on the android-sdk!

Would you consider splitting the udev rules currently shipped in the android-
sdk-platform-tools-common into a separate source package, like "android-udev-
rules", which has <https://github.com/M0Rf30/android-udev-rules> as the
upstream? To me, this would provide the following advantages:

- - The udev rules can be updated independently of the Android SDK, which is
important given how hard it is to maintain the SDK in Debian
- - The rules don't risk being removed from testing because of bugs in the SDK
package or its dependencies (which is currently the case)
- - Users who specifically only want to install the udev rules can do so

I've uploaded an initial packaging of the new android-udev-rules package on
Salsa; it's not complete yet (some things like the correct Breaks: and
Replaces: fields on android-sdk-platform-tools-common are missing) you can find
it here: <https://salsa.debian.org/tachi/android-udev-rules>

Let me know what you think! I'm ready to maintain the package :)
