Hi, I posted the proxy server support request in the forum.  However, I am having
issues running the software in Windows which I think should come in this separate
thread.  I am not an expert and the solution might be simple!  I have tried
using apt-offline with Python 3.1 in Windows cmd and with Python 2.6 in cygwin.
I enclose screenshots.
