[axel-devel] Axel 2.0 LFS release

Hi All,

Axel 2.0 has been release with support for downloading large files
(LFS), adding custom headers. Multiple bugs have been fixed.

Changes:

- Support for large files (LFS).
- Custom headers can be added to HTTP requests.
- Multiple bug fixes.
- Russian Translation.
