Initial Comment:
If you get a 302 HTTP Redirect to a URL which is longer than ~255 characters, the next request to fetch the redirected URL will be incorrect. The supplied small patch increases this limit to 1000 characters.

This is commonly the case with youtube links produced by quvi.
