I'd wondered why you'd gone so quiet. Congrats!

I have been thinking about ECN-enablement.

I have regularly been able to get some of the AQM stuff I'm working
with to mark packets, and having babel at least advertise ECN
capability, and respond to it, like it would packet loss, might be
helpful.

Further enhancements would have to be thought about carefully.
