Hello everyone,

I have seen the following two lines on the status socket in apparently 
the same network condition and I am wondering when which one is acutally 
being printed:
change neighbour 7ff8e2a52020 address fe80::ff:3fff:fe10:7d01 if mesh-vpn reach ffff rxcost 96 txcost 96 cost 96
change neighbour 7ff8e2a52020 address fe80::ff:3fff:fe10:7d01 if mesh-vpn reach ffff rxcost 96 txcost 96 rtt 0.000 rttcost 0 cost 96
	  
Under which conditions are rtt and rttcost included?
