cd $HOME/../<tab> doesn't work
Previously, it would replace $HOME with real directory like /cygdrive/e/home, and complete with some subdirectory or files under that. But it doesn't work with bash ver 3.2

vim $HOM<tab>
Previously, it would complete with $HOME, but it doesn't work with bash ver 3.2
