[Bash-completion-devel] Bug#613693: bash-completion: pbuilder --basetgz <tab> doesn't autocomplete to filenames

pbuilder --basetgz <tab> should autocomplete to a filename in my opinion, but
pdebuild -- --basetgz <tab> works fine.
