Message:
Daniel, can you check whether `ssh-copy-id -h` shows usage message or not?

Message:
Interestingly, my ssh-copy-id shows usage message:
$ ssh-copy-id --help
Usage: /usr/bin/ssh-copy-id [-i [identity_file]] [user@]machine

But I don't mind hardcoding options list for ssh-copy-id.
