[Bash-completion-devel] Bug#692259: bash-completion: gcc completion causes error on shell startup

I noticed that on startup shell prints a bunch of errors.
One of them is caused by
/etc/bash_completion.d/gcc:[ $USERLAND = GNU -o $UNAME = Cygwin ] && \
because USERLAND is empty.
