If one has a shell script in a file "x" and runs it as "sh x", in Debian Wheezy there's a regression
such that completion does not believe the invocation can have file arguments.  If I have a file
"foo.txt" which is an argument to the shell script in "x", then "sh x foo<tab>" will not complete
the file.  "sh x <args-including-files>" is a legal usage of the shell and bash-completion should
go back to understanding that things following "x" in such usage can include files.
