[Bash-completion-devel] Bug#834695: bash_completion: process Include lines in ~/.ssh/config for hostcomplete

I use the new Include option in OpenSSH 7.3 so that I can split my
~/.ssh/config up into multiple files. Unfortunately bash_completion
does not yet support processing files referenced by the new Include
option. It would be great if this could be added to hostcomplete.
