Package: cdbs
Version: 0.4.31
Severity: serious

>From my build log:

...
make -C guide
make[1]: Entering directory `/tmp/buildd/cdbs-0.4.31/guide'
(xmllint --xinclude --postvalid --noblanks --noout cdbs-doc.xml 2>&1) >cdbs-doc_error.log
make[1]: *** [check.tmp] Error 127
make[1]: Leaving directory `/tmp/buildd/cdbs-0.4.31/guide'
make: *** [build/cdbs] Error 2

If I add libxml2-utils, docbook-xml, db2latex-xsl, tetex-extra, and
catdvi to the Build-Depends, then I get:

...
dh_fixperms -pcdbs
if test ""; then :; else dh_makeshlibs -pcdbs ; fi
dh_installdeb -pcdbs
install: `debian/cdbs/DEBIAN' exists but is not a directory
dh_installdeb: command returned error code 256
make: *** [binary-predeb/cdbs] Error 1
