[Build-common-hackers] Bug#320097: cdbs: makefile.mk breaks if DEB_MAKE_INSTALL_TARGET contains "

Package: cdbs
Version: 0.4.32
Severity: normal

if DEB_MAKE_INSTALL_TARGET contains " then test -n at line 47 of
makefile.mk fails with "too many arguments" and the whole thing
breaks because cdbs thinks DEB_MAKE_INSTALL_TARGET is not set

thanks,
filippo
