Considering Alioth anti-spam is non-existant while it receives a
particularily high level of spam compared to other projects, and
filtering on a per-user basis does not prevent from poluting the
archives, i wonder which are those solutions you're talking about, and
why they are not currently used. Could you give me some hints ?

Whatever, this was just a suggestion before some may find it
unacceptable and unsubscribe ; do as you like.
