[Build-common-hackers] cdbs configure-indep/arch

A configure file offers an option --without-docs, not building the
documentation of a package (which crashes on some architectures).
I can add two build pathes, and in the case when building binary-arch
and binary-indep, I have to build the package twice. Is there a way to
determine if I have to pass the --without-docs option to configure in
the first place?
