[Build-common-hackers] Bug#395180: cdbs-edit-patch tries levels in bogus order

        Hi,

 cdbs-edit-patch suffers from #365524 as well, please try the patch
 levels in the same order as simple-patchsys, i.e. change:
    for level in 0 1 2; do
 into:
    for level in 1 0 2; do
