[Build-common-hackers] javahelper integration with debhelper and cdbs

Hi guys,

I wrote javahelper to help with packaging of Java programs. It's been
written to mimic the behaviour of dh_* tools as much as possible and I'd
like to provide some integration with CDBS and also with the
single-target dh commands in the new debhelper.

Unfortunately, I'm a bit lost with where to start with both of these. I
don't suppose there's some handy reference around I should be reading or
someone eager to advise/help/do it for me? (-;
