[Build-common-hackers] Bug#764480: cdbs FTBFS when build with -j$X (where $X > 1)

Hi,

so I found the cause for this FTBFS, cdbs doesnt build in parallel. Please 
support it, it's useful :-)

Alternatively at least make it build by not running the test-suite in parallel 
if thats not supported...
