[Buildd-tools-devel] Bug#355038: updatechroot doesn't cope with file:/ deb sources lines in the chroot

I'm trying to build the archive on mips with GCC 4.1; the latest
version is currently not in experimental, so I simply created a
/build/apt respository with the .debs in it.  While running "apt-get
update" from within the changeroot, updatechroot doesn't cope with
this situation:
