[buildd-tools-devel] [PATCH] Skip cleanup on build-dep install failure

Hi Phil,

Could you give the attached patch a try?  It should cause
cleanup to be skipped when using a cloned chroot when
package installation fails.

We now skip
1) chroot cleanup at end of build (in any situation)
2) cleanup following package install failure

Are there any other cases we're missing, or is that all
the bases covered?
