[buildd-tools-devel] Bug#528312: Bug#528312: Please add option to skip removal of installed Build-Depends

Hmm, on a failed install of all needed build deps, the patched sbuild still 
takes time (can be a lot for big pacakage builds) to purge any installed 
packages (while --purge=never & --purge-deps=never is in effect):

>	Setting up libsdl1.2-dev (1.2.11-8) ...
>	
>	Errors were encountered while processing:
>	 texlive-latex-base
>	 texlive-latex-recommended
>	E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)
>	apt-get failed.
>	Package installation failed
>	Trying to reinstall removed packages:
>	Trying to uninstall newly installed packages:
>	(Reading database ... 28754 files and directories currently installed.)

Maybe there's one more routine for the new flags to be wedged into?
