[buildd-tools-devel] sbuild 0.58.4

I have release sbuild version 0.58.4.  This doesn't contain any
major changes, it's purely a point release with some small
bugfixes.

While buildd packages were added in the previous release, they
have yet to be fully tested.  All of the applicable changes have
been merged from Philipp Kern's "buildd" branch, but there are
some small problems which need fixing before it is ready for
real-world use.  Any testing and bugfixing would be much
appreciated.

There has been a change to how release versioning is made to
make it less cumbersome and fit into the git workflow better.
This is documented in the HACKING file.
