I'm not sure if it's worth supporting sarge at this point, but if you
still need sarge support in sbuild, I'm happy to accept patches for
this.

I'm tagging as wontfix for now, because this is not something I intend
to actively fix (modern dpkg-source is a requirement in the code).
However, if someone provides a working patch, I'll review and apply it
gladly.
