[buildd-tools-devel] schroot 1.4.10 released

I have released schroot version 1.4.10.  This release is purely
to fix a brown paper bag issue in the Debian packaging, which
configured with --enable-doxygen unconditionally while only
having doxygen in Build-Dep-Indep, which caused the build to fail.

This was fixed by removing the --enable-doxygen and updating the
configure script to correctly autodetect doxygen.  Some other
minor feature autodetection issues were also fixed up.
