    Sbuild::Build: Remove unused and broken code from merge_pkg_build_deps
    
    Remove essential package processing; now done in install_essential
    Remove virtual package processing; now done in BuildDepInternalSatisfier
    Move toolchain reporting to BuildDepSatisfierBase
    Remove expand_virtuals
    Remove cmp_dep_lists
    Remove Build object members 'Toolchain Packages' and 'Additional Deps'
    (both now unused)
    Remove 'Additional Deps' usage from prepare_watches
    Install core packages after fetching sources, and before installing
    essential packages
