[buildd-tools-devel] Bug#567419: generic hook framework

Seeing that a framework to run external commands (hooks) is now implemented in 
sbuild 0.60.3-1. I think this bug can be closed.

Specifics for other features for external commands should perhaps be described 
in seperate bug reports. For example, the addition of other arguments passed 
to scripts, the use of environment variables, other places to run external 
commands, etc.
