[buildd-tools-devel] Bug#599348: sbuild(1) manpage mentions obsolete software

According to the manual page, sbuild "is similar to dbuild and 
debbuild". AFAIK these programs haven't been developed for years.  
Likelihood that somebody heard of them, but didn't hear about sbuild is 
(close to) 0.
