fixup_pkgv was removed in 0.60.0-2squeeze1 and is no longer used
anywhere else.  It looks like this was missed (it's only called
with --batch).  Still annoying that it got missed; I'll add a
--batch test to the testsuite to catch this.

Fixing this should be as simple as deleting the fixup_pkgv line
in /usr/bin/sbuild.  If you do that, does this fix the issue for
you?

If it does, I'll see if we can get a fix into stable.  Since it
makes sbuild unusable for your use case, I'll set the severity
higher.
