[buildd-tools-devel] schroot git repo changes

Previously, only one main schroot repository existed, at

  git://git.debian.org/git/buildd-tools/schroot

There is now an additional repository at

  git://git.debian.org/git/buildd-tools/schroot-dist

This second repository contains all the distribution branches and signed
distribution tags.  Due to the size of the release history (for historical
reasons), it made cloning the repository slow and needed a good bit of
bandwidth.  Splitting it out makes it optional; you only need the
schroot-dist repository adding as a remote if you wish to make a full
release and store the distribution in git (make dist-git).
