I think the problem is that my chroot file to be loop backed is 10GB, rather
than the config file.
No custom kernel/glibc.
I've just tried rebuilding after adding -D_FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64 to DEFS in
sbuild/Makefile.am - this does indeed resolve the issue.
