Hi are there any reasons for some strings to have “ (around 10 strings) like
#. TRANSLATORS: %1% = chroot name
#. TRANSLATORS: %4% = command
#, boost-format
msgid "[%1% chroot] Running command: “%4%”"
msgstr "[%1% chroot] Kører kommando: »%4%«"

and the majority ‘
