[buildd-tools-devel] Bug#674945: detect if code is running after the build is done

Hi,

please detect if there is still some code running after
dpkg-buildpackage is done, and if so, depending on a configuration
option, either
a) fail the build with an appropriate notice
b) log a warning, terminate the code and complete

I'm more and more often detecting stuff running within the chroot
which should had been terminated before.
