[buildd-tools-devel] Bug#675354: sbuild fails to run without xapt installed

Package: sbuild
Version: 0.63.0-1
Severity: important

Currently, running any of the sbuild commands requires xapt to be installed.
It looks as though using xapt is supposed to be optional. Under the
Sbuild/Conf.pm file around line 262, the 'XAPT' hash entry contains two
CHECK child hash entries. Remove the second CHECK entry (the line which simply
has 'CHECK => $validate_program') and sbuild resumes to work as it should.

I could add an appropriate patch later.
