[buildd-tools-devel] Bug#692213: schroot: sbuild profile missing /dev and /build on kfreebsd

The sbuild fstab profile template is missing for kfreebsd builds.
Without this, /dev is not functional in an sbuild setup.

Need to add a bsd version of the existing linux template, based
on the buildd template for freebsd and the sbuild template for
linux.
