Making sbuild pick these things up from the schroot configuration seems
a perfectly good solution to this request too.

It does have the minor disadvantage that sbuild can't ship with sensible
defaults for this - i.e. use aptitude for experimental and backports,
apt for the rest - but I suppose that could be addressed by including
them in example schroot configuration.
