[buildd-tools-devel] Bug#697694: please ignore sources with "Extra-Source-Only: yes"

Control: block 657212 with -1

I would like to include source packages referenced via Built-Using in
the Sources.gz[1]. This might however introduce additional sources and
newer source versions than already present in the suite which should
*not* be built.

So please let wanna-build ignore all source packages having a
"Extra-Source-Only: yes" field in Sources.gz.
