this is expected because libstdc++6 is conflicting with the current schroot
version or lower. This is because schroot is part of the huge libstdc++6
transition: https://release.debian.org/transitions/html/libstdc++6.html

See also the tracking bug #790756.

schroot is at dependency level 7 of it because it also depends on boost, so it
may take quite a while until all packages have been rebuilt.

If I were you and wanted to get a usable schroot back fast, I'd instead
downgrade my system to testing because it might well take a week or more for
the transition to end.
