BTW, I actually sent an announcement to debian-chinese-gb@l.d.o, but
that list seems to have been down for two weeks...

The good news is that Anthony Fok uploaded scim and scim-tables to
official upload queue this weekend, and he was very nice to set me as
the maintainer :-)  I think I'll work harder to make these packages in
shape.
