As the description of README of chmsee, the 2.0 version(1.99.xx) is
quite another story.

>From 2.0, ChmSee becomes a xulrunner application. I think this
migration will bring some interesting features and make developing
ChmSee more fun.

And the webkit is not as active as the xulrunner one.

All of these codes are not edited for at least one years.
