I've created a page (http://wiki.debian-community.org/newbiemailinglist/) and
linked it to the sidebar. Hope that's OK.

In the longer term, I'll run up a more detailed howto.

Will you make me a list admin/send me a password for administering the list?
I'll add a few words to the "about" section of the list main page.
