Dear maintainers,

I would like to be added to the Debian Maintainers keyring.
I am attaching the suggested changeset which references my application,
advocacy by Wesley Landaker, and my NM status page.

I believe my addition as a Debian Maintainer will enable me to better
contribute to the Debian Project as well as prepare me for my hopeful
addition as a Debian Developer following the completion of my NM
application.
