Debtags library

Hello,

after some further thought, there are some more informations about the
state of a package that would be great to be received via the library:
Concrete these are:
      * filelist (if available perhaps via apt-file or the dpkg
        mechanism)
      * the installed not installed information (as you have allready
        implemented it in debtags it should not be too hard)
      * the currently installed version
      * the currently available versions

This is some of the functionality I'd like to use in my package. I've
collected them from my demands and looking in your app and synaptics. So
I will try to implement it in time, perhaps my code could give some
ideas for these features.
