[Debburn-devel] dvd+rw-format, DVD-RW media, wodim errors, unusable disk.

Before, my DVD-RW media was working fine.  Then something posessed me to run
dvd+rw-format and the media immediately started throwing errors on all
subsequent media write commands, making the disk unusable.  It seems strange
to me, that a RW media can be made unusable/not writeable?  I've run
dvd+rw-format with all possible combinations of options.  Some combination of
those commands broke two DVD-RW discs.

Now the tools wodim & growisofs fail all write operations with errors, always
this read track error.  dvd+rw-mediainfo still grabs some information.

I'm using Knoppix v5.3.1.  Any pointers appreciated.
