Wearing my scdbackup hat, i want to contribute a
theory:
Can it be the frontend grafts the files pathspec
by pathspec and not as whole directory trees ?
E.g.
/dir/in/iso/file1=/hard/disk/path/of/file1
/dir/in/iso/file2=/hard/disk/path/of/file2
This would create /dir , ./in , ./iso implicitely
without showing them their counterparts in the
source path.
I know this effect from scdbackup which has to split
directories sometimes and then its users complain
about the same problem. This behavior is common to
both, mkisofs and genisoimage.
Have a nice day :)
Thomas
