[Debconf-devel] Bug#391155: debconf: Fake bug to collect l10n updates after unbranding

This bug will collect all translation updates after the debconf strings
changes due to the unbranding done by Joey on Oct 4th. This is an attempt to
avoid multiple bug reports opened to fix only one string (which needs to
manage bug closure in changelog, bleh).
