[Debconf-devel] Bug#392192: Fake bug to collect debconf translation updates

I will soon post a "final" call for translation updates to debconf's own
debconf templates.

In order to save me (or luk...but I temporarily took l10n handling over so
that he can work on release stuff) extra work, I open this bug report to
collect them. The call for updates will point translators to this bug report.
