[Debconf-devel] Bug#388679: Workaround: patch config.dat manually

I was bitten by this bug yesterday. I edited /var/cache/debconf/config.dat manually and set debconf/frontend to gnome, as you can see below in my settings.

Disclaimer: If you break it, you get to keep both pieces :)
